Miami Dolphins OYO minifigures

I was at the Target in Dadeland Station here in Miami today and ran into these. I've never seen these and I looked them up. The site has them listed at $14.99 but I found a Ryan Tannehill and Mike Wallace on clearance for 98 cents each. They didn't have a Brian Hartline one.

They also have all the Dolphins stuff on clearance. I picked up a hat for my son as well for $3.
