This is sad. Gase has no answers and he is not going to get rid of Burke. Get rid of the FO, coaches and there will be personnel changes. After that start over.:(

We are 0-1 after today?

Someone take the hat from Gase. He looks like Ricky Williams who wouldn't take his helmet off for interviews. I don't like people who hide their eyes when they talk.

He’s morphing into head coach-era Todd Haley.

Brock said it right. He was in position to run for a first down at least 3 times last night and instead he threw it away

Coaching, Scheme, Players....whatever it is. They're all doing a **** job. Everyone must take the blame. If they're not going to Fire Burke! Then they damn sure better change the scheme! Blitz more. Swap players around. Whatever they gotta do. Offense wasn't stellar. Some play calls were great. Some were horrific. But they actually moved the ball for once!! And they got first downs!! What a miracle

I think he's hiding his bald spot .... the stress of the defense is making it grow

Even if he is strongly considering cutting Burke loose, he's not going to admit it in a press conference. Not a good look and not his style. And I dont think we have anyone that is a good candidate to take over the D...which is a problem as you should have guys that could step up to the next level in the wings (dont confuse this with defending Burke).

Guys complaining about Gase's facial hair and hat what are you in your 90's?
Halfway there.

I'm not one to nitpick but damn if you are going for the quasi beard at least trim it up. He's the head football coach representing a billion dollar franchise on national tv. He looks like a guy that has given up, doesn't even care and should be holding a 'will work for food' sign at some corner intersection. Class it up a little.

I was going to type the same thing until I scrolled down the thread!
It doesn't present us with much confidence when the Head Coach is hiding under the brim.

Trim up what? That isn’t enough of a beard to warrant a trim. It was simply not shaving for a little bit.

I don’t care if my coach looks like Rob Ryan as long as he wins. The product is all I care about not Adams appearance.

But I’m biased, I roll around looking like Matt Patricia (just thinner, which isn’t saying much) when I’m not working.

I'm not expecting him to be Tom Landry out there. His product echoes that wilted scruff he wears on his face. I doubt he showed up to the interview looking like that, when he was wanting to be hired as the representative and face of the franchise.

But that's enough Gase lazy appearance talk for me.

Ricky was diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder and Avoidance Disorder (and a couple other disorders I believe). His helmet issue was attributed to one or the other (I believe it was SAD).

For now I call it creepy and cowardice trying to avoid eye contact.
