Miami Dolphins release Damontre Moore and two others

The Miami Dolphins continued the post-draft makeover of their roster by releasing three players on Monday.

Defensive end Damontre Moore, who the Dolphins claimed last season off of waivers from the New York Giants, receiver Christion Jones and tailback Jahwan Edwards were waived.

I think this is their way of guaranteeing Jason Jones they will sign him after May 12 when his contract no longer counts agains the comp formula. Look for Leon Hall to get a call around then too.
