I'm particularly interested in this . . . " If Phillip Rivers makes a FEW better throws it’s a different ballgame [emphasis mine]." Now, ALL fans say something like "If Stills had made THAT catch (singular)," or, "If Jones hadn't missed THAT tackle, . . . " I get that. But a FEW better throws (plural) ? Could it be Miami forced him in to bad throws or diagnosed the plays? If THAT's a legal "if," why not "If pick-a-name had thrown a few better throws?" That would put most teams a 6-2 or better.

Not to mention what if parker hadn't gotten shoestring tackled on that 56 yarder, or if Grant hadn't gotten tripped up on his best kickoff return, all that was left was the kicker who had no chance. Its a game of inches. **** happens for both teams. Tannehill also missed a WIDE open Landry for a sure td.
