Miami Dolphins sign CB/Safety Tracy Howard

Anyone know anything about this guy? Apparently he played for the Hurricanes and was on the Browns most recently. Will play safety here.

One thing you have to say about the Dolphins, they are turning over every stone to make this team better.

Didn't have the speed to play corner in the NFL. Played at Miami under Al Golden. Had some off field issues but he's got good ball skills just not the closing speed you look for in a CB. He could potentially be a decent FS though. Might be Michael Thomas' replacement.
