With Tony Sparano named head coach, another 15 assistants have to be hired over the next month so expect plenty of former Bill Parcells and Sparano assistants to head south. The Dallas Dolphins will certainly take on a different look in the upcoming seasons as Sparano, Ireland and Parcells stock the roster with huge linemen on both sides of the ball to generate a power running attack.

Mike Maser, a 34-year coaching veteran who was out of football in 2007, was the first assistant hired. He'll oversee the offensive line.
Sparano is expected to bring Cowboys defensive backs coach Todd Bowles, linebackers coach Paul Pasqualoni and possible d-line coach Kacy Rodgers with him, with Bowles or Pasqualoni possibly the next Dolphins defensive coordinator. Giants quarterbacks coach Chris Palmer is both a Parcells guy and the coach who gave Sparano his first collegiate and NFL job. Once the Giants are done, Palmer could be the next Dolphins offensive coordinator.

I thought this was a good read.Just wanted to share.

Awesome...

Dennis Dixon in the 2nd?

No thanks. Maybe the 5th

I also disagree that Hadnot is "inarguably our best offensive lineman"

... and this "Worrell went from a special teams ace to a decent starting FS." Yeah. sure.

Power running led by #23 who just needs to stay healthy to get to the ProBowl.
