They have found way more starters, and quality players in the actual early to mid draft rounds then in the 7th and after draft, but that still does not mean they can't find quality players late or that it's not out there.
I will grant you that Grier is not the most consistent in finding talent each year, but he is also far from the worst. Ross is at a point he is expecting results, so Grier needs to nail this off-season or like McD and Tua, next year there will be new faces.
