Miami getting some good words on their offseason:

It has been pretty good. Lets hope Cameron stays healthy if he does it will be a great year

Did they mension the $3M we lost on the Ellerbee deal over if we had just cut him after June 2nd or something like that.

No you're saving an additional $3M in cap space doing it that way. That move was pretty dumb.

If he can stay healthy he will be in for a great year as you mentioned. We watched him pretty much single handedly destroy our secondary when we played Cleveland last. Tannehill has never had a weapon like that since he's been our QB. Undisputed upgrade over C.Clay once more if he can stay healthy.

On offense let's shore up that OL and give me a big/fast/nasty summa-gun rookie receiver.

You work in the FO??:...if u do then call it dumb, and explain why?. Ellerbe coulda very well been a condition of that trade... We don't know...cutting dead weight in the end was great, and getting a wideout with a ceiling is even better

You guys aren't getting it. It was a stupid move like trading up for Ja'wan James when he would have been there anyway. [removed by mod]

By redoing the deal instead of cutting Ellerbe, or trading him outright, the Dolphins took on $7.8 million of dead money instead of $4.2 million had he been traded on his old deal.

There is so much fail in your post that it hurts.

Um...we didn't trade up for Ja'Wuan James, so I'm not sure what point you're trying to make..

First, we never traded up for james. So there's that...secondly did you read the post? He says ellerbe may have been a condition of the trade. You ignore that part and focus on what you think is the correct course of action. You don't know any more than anyone else on this forum about how this trade went down, please act as such.

[Removed by mod] Basically everyone including Ellerbe's own mother wanted him off the team. Instead of risking and drafting an unknown we got ourselves a bona fide starting WR, already proven for the pick and shed Ellerbe's salary. Nice try at trolling

And I guess you're afraid of failing so you post nothing.

Well, to be honest, I didn't know where to start. Did you want to talk about the part where you told others to educate themselves immediately after being completely wrong about the James pick...or did you want to discuss something else?
