The Miami Herald believes the Dolphins may promote Kenny Stills ahead of Greg Jennings coming out of their bye week.

Jennings has been wholly ineffective in a starting role, while Stills posted 81 yards and a TD on eight targets in Week 4. Prior to the bye, the Fins were utilizing a five-way wideout committee with Rishard Matthews, Jennings, Stills, and DeVante Parker all rotating behind Jarvis Landry. Matthews has been the most productive of the group. Parker is Miami's first-round pick.

Stills is ok I'd rather parker start

Philbin guy. should have cut him with Philbin. Like I said earlier, we need to go younger. Jennings probably wants to go back to GB after seeing what James Jones is doing

Parker fans shouldn't be upset at the moment. While Parker has shown flashes and has improved, let's not lose sight of where he is in returning from injury and missing the pre-season.

I don't feel this is an "ability" decision as much as a "cautious" decision over his health. As a team, we need to practice better judgement about players returning from injury. We definitely do not need to throw players to the wolves just to save the season. We can still accomplish any goals we have for ourselves within the confines of improving within as a result of Philbin and Coyle departing. Stills is the healthier option at this point and has proven he deserves a shot, as well.

The fact remains our receivers are the strength of this offense and we shouldn't overlook their proper development simply because of the current situation. Parker's role will increase as will his health. When he has been completely worked into the offense and removed from any injury concerns, he will earn his rightful spot. Until then, we need to completely see just how well Stills fits in this offense. If we jettison Jennings next year then we will need all 4 remaining WRs to have as much chemistry and experience as possible with RT.

This is just smart football. Parker will be great. I think we all agree on that.

with the maturity issues from both Landry and Matthews as well as Parker being a rookie, I would rather have a veteran presence around to help develop the youth

Get Parker on the damn field.

He's the only homerun threat that would scare a defense. Landry is money in the slot but he wont be destroying secondaries over the top. Stills bring that speed to spread out the field also.

Jennings has that old man football smarts. But clearly his athletics has declined.

Still moving into the starting lineup is the right move. Landry is your go to guy, Cameron needs to be more involved, rotate Parker and Matthews, and let Stills be the deep threat. Jennings isn't getting separation and he's dropping too many passes. Time to move on.

None of this matters if Tannehill only has .05 seconds to throw the ball though.

Parker should be splitting with Matthews and Stills. He also should be playing in the red zone with his height and length.

Parker needs to play. Period, end of story. He's 100% healthy. Get him on the damn field.

Top 15 Pick, Plays a total of what.... 20 snaps in 3 games?

Miami Dolphins Stamp of Approval

While on the surface all this sounds great, but unless your OL give Tanny more than 1 second to throw the ball, it isn't going to matter who runs the routes. While it's probably too late to do it now, but if you improve the line, you'd be shocked at how great the WR's and QB will look (probably RB too).
