Ask veteran defensive lineman Vonnie Holliday who he sees working the hardest of any teammate.
''Ronnie Brown, by far,'' he replies.

The combination of all of this is liable to make Brown the steal of many a fantasy league draft, as well as a guy limping from weariness most Monday mornings.

Dolfans are waiting on Brown to become the elite, top-tier back such as Miami hasn't had since Larry Csonka and Mercury Morris made the Dolphins' ground game the envy of the NFL -- and made the Dolphins champions -- in 1972-73.

Take away Ricky Williams' extraordinary 2002 season and this franchise really hasn't had a dominating runner since Csonkasaurus roamed the Earth.
Can Ronnie Brown be that man?

now that we finally have a coach who believe in this thing the elders call offense. i can see ronnie finally making the impact weve been waiting for.

I guess i'm the only one in the world who already thinks he's a pretty damn good running back. If not for a freak injury last year with breaking his hand on someone elses helmet, he would have had a 1200 yd season.

Thanks, that was awesome. Ronnie's been 'good' for us, I personally feel this will be his first 'great' year.

Man I'm ready for some football. Let's go Dolphins!!!!

Good read, I can't wait to see Ronnie tear it up this year.

His chest seems more defined, and he looks fitter after his most strenuous offseason. He was close to 10 pounds lighter Monday than what he played at most of last season. He has been working overtime with backs coach Bobby Jackson on techniques to avoid fumbling in anticipation of his significantly increased carries.

Looks like RB has taken heed of Cam's displeasure with his weight earlier this offseason (at OTAs?). RB is gonning be a little quicker this year with the loss of 10lbs and is poised for a great season.

Ronnie's sweet and third year should be a big one. he hasn't let me down yet.

I like when a guy takes his profession seriously and wants to be the best

I just hope our offensive line doesn't stunt his growth as a running back. Maybe Cory Schlesinger will be more important to our offense than anybody realized. I sure hope our offensive line will be much improved and nothing like offensive lines from the last several years. You can definitely say the Dolphin offensive lines have been offensive.

i really hope he is the next LT that would make our franchise amazing

The next LT??

Naaa...I seriously doubt Ronnie can be THAT great. I believe he can be great, but LT is on another planet IMO. LT has thrown SIX TD passes...remember?

LT also had a great OL to give him a chance to throw those 6 TD passes.
Would he have been able to do the same behind Miami's OL?
I'm not knocking on LT, he's an awesome player. But that stat doesn't mean much as far as RB ability goes.

Yes he would have. LT is the type of player that produces regardless of the team around him. The Chargers were crap up until 2004 and LT produced regardless if the team around him was good or not. He's just a special breed of player that is dominant regardless of the situation.
