The Miami Herald reports Mike Wallace isn't open to taking a pay cut from the Dolphins.

Saddled with a $12.1 million cap number and a bad attitude, the Dolphins have a decision to make on Wallace. There are a lot of moving parts here. The Dolphins can save $6.9 million in cash and $2.5 million against the cap by cutting Wallace, but they also have to make calls on Brian Hartline and Brandon Gibson. Hartline and Gibson should be easy cuts at their current salaries, so if Miami cuts them, it'd be tough to also dump Wallace and tear down its receiving corps.

Please just cut him . It's hurts but he's the complete opposite of what our team SHOULD represent. You have to show players what this organization is about and stop being a joke.

Good test for Tannenbaum to resolve matters between Wallace and the coaches/teammates.
For all the negatives presented in the media, Mike Wallace is still a good player who caught 10 TDs for the team. He is expensive and emotional but I hope matters can be resolved.

He would be stupid to take a cut. If Miami dumps him he can just move on to another team who needs him. He will be fine either way.

This is a guy who refuses to play because a teammate scored a TD, of course he wouldn't take a cut

He doesn't want to be here, trade him

Trade him to new England for a 7th. Also send Pouncey to Pitt for their 7th, and lets give the cat calls what they want.

I wouldn't be open to a pay cut either. He's still a 5 year old. But we do need him.

That paragraph seems to push keeping Wallace and dumping Hartline and Gibson.

He will be let go June 1st unless there is some kind of moment where Wallace suddenly finds god in his life and changes his tude. Dude wants to play elsewhere and RT knows it.
