Just asked as Im out in Suffolk, Northport...Canes played well and it was great kicking ND's arse. Love was a non-factor!

Big win for us last night. Need to build from that but that OL and the two pass rushers are good.
Canes defense is vastly improved from last year. The offense was humming until Mario decided to play not to lose on offense. Refs did seem to favor ND to keep game close.

Actually Cristobal played not to lose the whole 2nd half. He needs to get better at it. it's ok to run in but to run it 3 times in a row up the middle when you're facing a stacked LOS is not the smart thing to do
Neither is passing it on 2nd down when you need to take time off the clock to finish the game.
Very happy you got your birthday present last night. It got kinda scary at the end, but the defense saved the day.

a 180 from the end of last year!
the best down to throw it is on first down as the other team is expecting you to run it....I'm not saying to throw it deep but a PA short pass works in that situation. We won the game but that's not always going to work against top teams
The play calling needs to be fine tuned as it was the first game. Need to do a better job of clock management as well brother. They got the win, but it didn't need to finish that close as it did. They will get better going forward.
