Now that should definitely help keep this team on the right track on 3rd downs on offense.

Two good pass blocking tackles, best center, and some fine role players to compete. I'd love this.

If that’s how the draft went, I’d be stoked! Think I’d go WR for one of the 2nds or 3rds though. Wouldn’t pick up another qb at 5 either.

At that point in the draft, if we develop Francois and someone goes down and he performs....That's a potential great flip for us down the road.

Chase Young with the second pick...I would be mad, but I'd be FAR from pleased.

You prefer Epenesa? I am ok with that, he might have more explosiveness than CY.

Let me guess, you want a WR in the top 5?

One FA spotlight on Yannick Ngakoue, we don't need a DE then. After that...Jerry Jeudy (3), Andrew Thomas (4), either Isaiah Simmons or Xavier McKinney (25)...prefer McKinney, he improves two positions (FS and slot).

Who's ever taken a WR that high and not regretted it?

You want to sign Yannick, great. We need two DE's before anyone should even entertain the thought of taking a WR, especially in the top 5.

You don't win super bowls with first round WR's.

I wouldn’t be mad at all with that but I’d rather draft Jeudy than Young if the Steelers pick ends up being THAT high, which I don’t think it will.

I’d also be hesitant to trade that 2nd rounder even though that is great value. We could get a top wr, rb, or interior olinemen there.

The Detroit Lions - Calvin Johnson
NY Jets - Ketshawn Johnson
Arizona Cardinals - Larry Fitzgerald
Atlanta Falcons - Julio Jones

No...you win with first round Wr's catching passes from 1st round QBs.

I knew we had a ton of picks, but seeing like that blows my mind.

Isaiah Simmons won't sniff the 25th pick. He'll be long gone.

Exactly my point, no titles. Even from CJ and Fitzgerald who were the best of the best selections.

Keyshawn doesn’t belong on the list because hes an epic failure. His token championship with the Bucs happens with or without him.

If not for Arizona getting a HOF QB for a few years, Fitzgerald doesn’t sniff postseason success much like Calvin Johnson didn’t.

My point isn’t that these guys aren’t great.

It’s the position in general. Not as big a talent gap between the top guys and everyone else.

Unless your offense is loaded, ala Colts/Rams, and you have multiple weapons with a HOF QB, why bother with a WR?

No one in Miami’s FO is thinking about taking a WR with a first round pick. They are actually scouting impactful positions that aren’t evaluated by YouTube highlights.

Heck even Alabama doesn’t really need Jeudy.
