My heart and prayers goes out to the city of N'Awlins. The question I have is- Do you think the city or the Dome will be ready when they are suppose to play the fins? I'm glad I got the insurance from Expedia. Thoughts I know other people have tickets to this game as do I.

The game is a while away. Plenty of time to make the dome playable... and even if not, they have contingency plans to play at LSU's field or somewhere in Jackson, Mississippi.

or in texas, either houston's place or in san antonio

just read article on yahoo that scientist thinks it will take 9 weeks to drain all the water in NO.

that's shallow it should be the least of our worries, the people in NO have nothing.

how is that shallow the guy is just asking a question, this is a dolphins football forum? everyone has there thoughts on NO and other places but what are we going to do stop talking about the fins?

The Dome will be playable with no trouble. Now getting there is a whole different story. Interstate 10 is under water as are all other streets. No way that city is ready to host football any time soon. Their home opener is Sept. 18th I think. No way!!

NOTE: I have tickets as well!

We realize this Einstein. There are many threads offering prayers, talking about damage/loss of life, looting and such. Leave this one to it's intended subject! We all know they got crushed. Don't think we dont!

How about reading the numerous threads about the hurricane and recovery and prayers before jumping down peoples throats!

this is just a dumb thread
Why is that exactly? People who paid much $$ for tickets prior to a disaster wondering if the game will be played in NO or elsewhere is dumb? I personally would like to know if I will have to drive to Baton Rouge instead. I have been watching the news constantly since this thing hit and feel horrible about everything that is going on there. It is the worse I have ever seen. Just because someone wonders about the game, don't scold them or say it is a stupid thread....
