Miami scores on more than half of its drives

I guess since we're not top 5 in points per drive must mean that most of our drives end in FGs. Still points.

Pretty impressive when according to all the metrics we have the 2nd worst OL in the league.

yes, we just need those red zone weapons to take our scoring to new heights....time to un shrink wrap Perry + Bowden? Wildcat 2.0? if you have speciality players, red zone is worth installing a dedicated offense for

Funny that same chart that has us at the bottom of the league for OLINE has us in the good offense/ good defense quadrant with some of the better teams:

Watching Miami score over and over on Sunday was awesome! It was quite amazing, and quite different from Philbin's "dynamic, explosive, high-scoring" offense (his words) which usually took until nearly half-time to move the ball anywhere near the Red Zone!

Even more than just scoring points, it was methodical. A lot of times a team luck into a big game, where the ball bounces thier way all afternoon, but I didn't see that.

There was a solid game plan, time after time taking advantage of mismatches and coverages. There were in game adjustments. There were defensive wrinkles, where everyone executed their assignments. It was a complete 60 minutes of solid football.

Yes, we gave up a lot of yardage on the ground, but that's the 9ers bread and butter. Other teams have profeasional top athletes too. You aren't winning every snap, every time.

We were just flat out better, and took them to the woodshed.

Here's a fun stat. Sanders has attempted 14 fgs in 5 games... he attempted 20 in all of 2019.
Imagine if half of those are touchdowns instead....Good chance we are 4-1 instead of 2-3. Of course thats really meaningless, although it does seem like we are moving the ball down the field better. All of this when our highest individual rusher has been 66 yards in a game.
