  • D-Wade and LeBron with The Heat
  • Reyes, Ozzie, a new stadium and The Miami Marlins
  • The first place Florida Panthers.
Could Miami be the new center of the sports universe?
 
After all the suffering we've been through, we deserve it.

Also, the Hurricanes have us all excited by getting players like Tracy Howard and Duke Johnson.

It's not the center of the sports universe, but Miami has made a lot of buzz the last 3 years.

Im actually jealous of Boston, great decade of sports. Thats what Miami hopes to be and has a bright future, but getting Manning and Wayne are essential to covering the big picture for an entire sports city. Now only if fans of opposing teams and snowbirds didnt buy all their game tickets on day 1 to fill half the seats with jets jerseys for that 1 time a year they can revist home.

With Peyton on board - the answer will be yes. No one is knocking the amazing run Boston has had, but right here, right now.. it's Miami's time
 
I just don't think the Marlins will get all that much excitement unless they make the playoffs. Especially with their president saying Miami doesn't have the smartest people. What a D-Bag.

But I think there is always more than one spot. Anyway, this thread is bordering on "JINX". I'm even worried baout jinxes costing us Manning....the Dolphins have scarred me over this decade.

Miami doesn't have the smartest people. Nothing wrong with stating the obvious lol.

The Marlins hoodwinked the County into paying for the majority of the stadium because City and County Commissioners aren't very smart lol.

i think the super bowl champs and the 27 time world champions and the most over hyped NBA player in NY all might have something to say about that
 
Sounds like Rex Ryan talk. Still has to be decided on the field.

I Love the off-season, it gets all kissy, kissy ... then ends up toe-sucking in the real season.
