I'm told Denver Broncos guard Zane Beadles would be content testing the free agency waters if he doesn't get a deal done with the team. I'm also told the Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins head the list of suitors if Beadles hits the free agent market.

Have at it boys

He fits a ZBS and should not cost much. I wonder what Dawn Aponte thinks?

If "The Dawn" doesn't approve it's got no chance of happening. She's running the show..

Denver's in a tough salary position and they need to stay relatively good with their cap in order to keep their window alive for the next 2-3 years(or however long Manning keeps playing). I can easily see them letting a guard go.

Id be all for bringing him in. I dont know all that much about him other then hes been productive, but id be pretty excited having him play under the Texans former line coach.

I dont know anything about him but he was able to protect manning and help have a successful running games in Denver. Any half decent guy is an upgrade from last year.

I find it hilarious how some people think Aponte is some sort of evil person and having her in the organization is somehow bad. A lot of people here probably didn't even know who she was until this offseason.

We have a good cap situation because of her, she helped push Ireland off the team(that alone should have some of you kissing her feet). Sure she handles contracts(duh that is her job) and has a voice in the organization, but that doesn't make having her a bad thing.

I know the issue I have is the team has not been straight forward of who she is. Admit she is the power broker. Admit that she actually does not work for Hickey. Admit that she is the most powerful executive in the organization.

Also, as she is that important, give her a microphone and take some questions. Maybe if she can take some questions and answer them effectively we would not be as concerned as much. However, she hides in the shadows and she is a mystery.

Do you have any factual evidence to back this up? Or are you just pissed for the sake of being pissed?

Awesome news. I've been hoping we'd go after Beadles if he hit free agency. Could we really have a GM that understands the type of lineman we need? That would be cause for celebration!
