Who thinks we can win it?
What are our keys to victory?
My answers
Very important, we win this game and were now 4-0 in the division with a ton of confidence. We must win convincely though, a win like the jets wont give us much confidence.
I think we can win it, but devone bess has got to stop putting butter on his hands before the game or griese w.e hes using on them hands is really killing us. Ronnie brown and ricky williams must have a good game. Gotta get the running game going. Vontae davis plz deliver more big hits like u did last week and i will buy ur jersey next week! Our team will feed of those big hits. I think this game is bigger than the saints game, this is a division game.
 
We've won 7 of our last 8 division games.
 
This is the biggest game of the year, if we win we are back in the race and we shift the pressure on the pats.....The Pats next few games are, us at home, on the road to Indy, Jets at home, On the road in NO, On the road to us. If we can win in there building and they lose to NO and Indy were in first place and this is who we have during that time TB,Car at Buff, NE....... All we really need to do is split with them but I would love to have the first one and put the pressure on them. This is how our schedules finishes up Pats-Car, Buf,Jac,Houston and Miami -Jac,Tenn,,Houston,Pitt. I could see them winning there last 4 with an outside chance of Buffalo giving them a game. Houson will give us trouble and Pitt maybe still trying to win the division from the Bengals. The bottom line is if we split with them then a win against Pitt and were in......If we sweep them were division champs two years in a row.....

agree for the most part but for one thing. would every single one of us fans want to win big and convincingly? hell ya man. but if we r able to go into foxboro on the 2nd game of a back to back road games and against a team coming off a bye with one of the best players in the game[brady and coach belichick]and win whether its a 6-3 struggle where our offense sux, or a 30-27 game where our d struggles, its still great. bottom line is we can win this game in the nailest of nail biters, but if we win, no matter how we do it, its still going to be convicing enough for me and should be for all fans.

il take an ugly win also but a more convincing win might give us more confidence and keep the winning streak going.

agreed, but when ur going into foxboro coming off a very emotional, physical game against the jets, and then to go in on the 2nd week of a back to back road trip against a divison rival, the best coach and one of the best players in the nfl, them coming off a bye, i say any type of win would be incredibly satisfying and would give the dolphins an extreme amount of confidence. that being said it would be ausum to watch a dolphin blowout and see all the pats fans file out of foxboro early just like last year.
 
This game will be huge. We win this we're 4-0 in the division, and only 1 game behind the Patriots. We lose, and we go 3 games behind the Patriots. With the Patriots still having to play some very good teams (Colts, Saints), and us getting to the easy part of our schedule, having a tie breaker against the Patriots would be big.

The keys to the game are.

Offense - We must establish the run. I don't care if it's the Wildcat or base formations, we need to be able to run the ball. Run to set up the pass. Run to keep Brady off the field. I'd also love to see us take some shots downfield against Shawn Springs, especially if they have Meriweather creeping in the box. Our O-Line must block better as well.

Defense - We must get to Brady. It's the only way. Fortunately for us, we do a great job getting pressure, and JT has always had Brady's number. Unfortunately for us, Pasqauloni turns into a ***** in the 2nd half of games and plays vanilla defense. If Pasq doesn't shy away from the blitz in the 2nd half of the game, we will get pressure. If Brady is rattled, he will miss on throws. He will turn the ball over. This game will come down to the defensive playcalling. If we blitz and get to Brady the whole game, we'll be in position to win the game.
 
This game determines if we can win the division or a wild card. I think we would need to sweep the Pats or hope they lose a game they shouldn't (which we can not count on) to win the division. We could get a wild card and loose this game.
 
Looking ahead to our schedule, we need to win one of the two from the Pats and we need not to take the upcoming bad teams so lightly with the exception of TB. The panthers have no QB but two studs of RBs. Bills are done, the Titans will get better considering Fischer is their coach, and the Jags struggle but they still have Garrard and Jones Drew. However, most likely games we need is the Pats, Texans, and Steelers.
