Randy Shannon never struck me as a guy who is very intelligent. Maybe he's okay as an assistant but I hardly think he's head coach material.

The only thing Shannon should be doing for this school is recruiting. He's a good recruiter, and a good disciplinarian, I'll give him that. But as a "coach", he's just awful.
