i think once benn wows them at the combine with his workout #s there's 0.0 percent chance that he makes it into the middle of round 2...

he's gonna have better #s than kenny britt who went in the early 2nd...

late first round pick at worst just on his upside and athleticism and ideal size

Kenny Britt was taken late in the first round by the Titans.....

However, you may be right about his combine stats. However, almost all the juniors will be coming out this year, not to mention the seniors were already a good crop.

The same thing you said of Benn,is ideal for all the other players coming out,and people said the same thing about Merling falling to us in the second round in '08.

And Chris Clemons, who was a projected 2nd rounder, was taken in the 5th round.

Also, lets not foget Sean Smith. You cannot sit here,to my face, and tell me after Seans combine that you honestly believed he'd fall THAT FAR to the Phins at #61.

So,as much as your reasoning for combine stats could lessen the chance of him dropping to the mid-second round,I really do believe your being a bit naive about the whole "0.0%" of him being there....

i don't think i ever saw anything with chris clemons in the 2nd round

merling fell due to not being able to workout due to injury...

this draft will be loaded but i think this kid has much more upside and physical attributes than a late 2nd round pick warrants...

to each his own i still say 0.0 chance he last that long

I have to agree. No one can sit there and say "No way this happens" etc.... because at the end of the day anything can happen.

If Jamarcus Russell can be taken #1 overall.....Ted Ginn #9 overall.....and Randy Moss can last 21 picks....anything can happen on draft day.....ANYTHING...
