1: Mackenzie Alexander, CB out of Clemson (6'0",198)
[Plays corners the way the I think corners should. Full speed, and lots of passion. I can tell he loves the game by the energy he brings to the field.

He'll have a strong presence on the D as he'll likely be the alpha in the secondary after Jones either retires or leaves. Easily the best man on man corner in the draft and can hold down his side of the field. He'll be an awesome get @ 8.]

2: Su'a Cravens, FS/ROLB out of USC (6'1",228)
[Sticking with the theme of immediate impact players in positions or situational football. We desperately need more T/O in the secondary and our coverage @ linebacker is awful. Su'a can come right in and help early on in both instances.]

3: Sebastian Tretola, G out of Arkansas (6'5",334)
[most if not all our G's suck plus we get a kick in the run blocking game immediately with room to grow in the passing game.]

4: Bronson Kuasfi, DE out of B.Y.U (6'7",267)
[Eventually Cam Wakes replacement or Vernons'. Kuasfi finished with over 11.5 sacks last yr., but is also nasty in the run game. If he lasts this long that is..]

Hopefully we'll sign a LB, another 2 OL, and maybe a TE. Unlike last draft, this draft is more about helping out the phases in the game we need help in. I feel like this mock would definately give us a shot @ playoffs next yr., hoping our FO dont make many FA mistakes.

Tretola is one that I like a lot. If we're gonna go towards a mauling run game and ball control, Tretola fits the mold of OL we'll be looking for.

I've seen a lot of people mentioning Alexander as our first rnd pick, I feel like I'm slacking this year, I don't know anything about the dude.

I've seen Alexander and Hargreaves both play against FSU this year and it is a toss up between them...I am leaning a little towards Alexander as I think he has more upside and I don;t think has given up a TD in something like 23 games and has only given up 2 his entire career.

That would go a long way in improving the secondary. Cravens in R2 would be an amazing get there. Kuasfi is getting a lot of second round mocking right now so the 4th may be optimistic, but you never know how things will go.

I think CB is going to be our #1 pick be it Hargeaves or Alexander but we definitely need to take a LB in this Draft - there just isn't enough help there in FA and we NEED a General on the D.

With Smith's injury it's hard to draft a linebacker in the 1st rnd, unless your completely sold on Myles Jack.

Cornerback is clearly a huge need also, but the best player that may be available for us could very well be Ronnie Stanley, and that looks about as good a player as there is in this draft.

Were so talent deprived on this team I'm not sure a linebacker or corner even makes a difference, just get the best player you can which the more I watch the more it looks like Ronnie.

I LOVE the Alexander and Tretola picks. I'd like to go MLB in round two though.

I just feel Cravens is better than any other LB on the board. So with that in mind, dont draft less talent to fill a need (Patrick Turner, lol that Murphy guy we wasted a 4th round pick on in like '09 lol).

I say get the best player that best fills a need

I don't think you can go wrong w/ Tretola or Kirkland (The other Arkansas Guard) on day 2.

Cravens is the S/LB hybrid I'd love to see on Miami's D. Look at Bucannon w/ the Cards who I advocated for a few yrs ago. Miami's D really needs the equivalent of Chancellor (Seattle) or T Davis (Panthers)

Kafusi is IMO a 3-4 DE.
