Miamis pick in the second round

Must agree that Miami needs to get Quinn in the first round. We might have to trade up with the Skins to get him. This means losing one of our 2nd round picks. With the other second round pick, who should we get? Do we go OLine, WR, TE, CB or other? Thoughts.
 
According to the draft value table moving up to #6 would only cost us our
3rd round pick. The value board kills you when you try to move up to #1 overall which is 3000 points, but to move up to #6 is only around 1600 points - our 1st is worth 1300 plus our 3rd would give us equal to the #6. If we had to move up to the #3 spot it would cost us our 2nd and 3rd, and for the #1 overall it would cost us a 2nd this year plus a 1st in 2008.
 
If we get Quinn, I would hope we either get Sydney Rice or any kind of OL help . . preferbly @ tackle. If a talent like Merriweather falls, we may have to consider that a possibility as well w/ Jason Allen moved to CB.
 
Rice would be a huge pickup for us in the 2nd, and I hope he is there at #40. He is one of the top 3-4 WR's in the draft and I have seen him play in person - very talented with little help from his QB's at South Carolina.

Considering they do get Quinn in the 1st, we have to 1st address our biggest need in 2nd round = O-line. So he or whoever, has the much more needed time back there. Then I believe you have to address our next biggest need DB. And then you add support to Quinn by picking him another weapon (WR).
