I'm happy for the kid, he sat in the pocket and dissected the Cardinals defense. Jimmy Clausen struggled to throw for 150 yards last season and Newton comes in his first game and sets the record for rookie debut. I am shocked as hell after how he looked in the preseason, congrats to the kid.
