Mike Floria says OV's hit was dirty

It was dirty. He got a flag for it. Life moves on.
 
He hit him low and he wasn't blocked into him. Hard to argue against what the film shows. Though he may not have intended to injure him he could have gotten him around his thighs and he wouldn't be facing the consequences. It is what it is.
 
Yeah, he should have grabbed the flag from his waist more gentle... wait, I forgot. Football is a gladiator sport where you intend harm on others, not flag football.

No he wasn't blocked into him but if you look at the film the O Lineman was pulling his arm down when he spun off of him. I don't think too many people can stop their momentum after that.
 
maybe we can have more hits like them this year and soon maybe QBS will be a little scared
 
The guys an idiot because he's not looking at the whole story.never mind that the hit was not even malicious just watching it, but OV's response to the whole thing...even directly after the play...made it clear it was not malicious. Sure it's illegal and got the flag but folks saying OV was trying to hurt Mariota are just being ignorant...literally ignoring facts to make a case.

It was malicious. No one blocked him into it or anything.
 
I'm equal opportunity. I don't believe in dirty hits or malicious intent in any case. You get paid millions to hurt each other.. Injuries are apart of that.
 
Let's be honest, Vernon is playing like he had a lobotomy. He's made some boneheaded plays.
