If he's still there, he'd be an absolute steal. Truth is, he'd be a steal in the 4th but we won't look for a back-up RB type unless significant value is attached and Hart in the 6th is it.

Go Big Blue!

i actually like Mike Heart. however, we have brown, williams, booker, and whoever else.

i think we have all we need. i wouldn't mind trading booker or getting rid of williams. Heart would be a good 2nd day pick that WOULD contribute. esp running behind Jake Long.

Michigan RB Mike Hart opted not to run the forty yard dash at his Pro Day.

He posted a 4.33 second 20-yard shuttle and a 32" vertical. Hart projects as a late-round pick at best in April. Despite a solid college career, it wouldn't be a surprise if he's overlooked altogether.

the guy is too small and too slow for the nfl game...he isnt durable and the only thing going for him is that he doesnt fumble...i dont like him...he benefited for 4 years from michigans huge line...now if you said chad henne anything past round 1, then id say that was a steal...

Mike Hart is garbage ... too slow, too small, and only had a solid collge career because of his elite o-line in front of him. Anyone who says he would be a steal is simply just bias because there a Michigan fan. There is at least 10 RB's in the draft better then him and personally would be surprised if he was even picked at all.

Well, THIS Michigan fan actually watched Mike Hart play beyond the Sports Center highlights which you clearly have not. The kid played through his high ankle sprain as much as he could in his senior season (his only injury plagued season) and carried Big Blue on his back when he did play. Henne was a solid QB but got his looks thanks to Hart giving him time via play-action......as he (Hart) faced 8 men boxes CONSTANTLY. Also, name me another Michigan O-lineman outside Jake Long......exactly.

Mike Hart = Curtis Martin-lite. Wait and see.

that would be a HUGE Steal him Ronnie and L. Booker would be a great RB combo

For the most part i'm with you and think Hart will be a much better RB in the NFL then Henne will play at QB.

I like Hart. I think he'll be a productive back in the league, not a star, but productive. I like him, Rice or the back from Tulane (Forte) as a 2nd day pick. I just don't trust Ricky and IMO, I don't think Parcells does either.

Your 100% on RW. Parcells wouldn't trust him as far as he could throw him and why should he? Ricky still has game but is 30 now, coming off injury and just a single toke away from a life time ban. Is he the back-up RB you want in a run oriented offense? Me neither. Hart in the 6th will give us a great player at a position we'll be utilizing a lot in the coming years. This organization will actually run the ball unlike other failed attempts from failed administrations.....
