Martz sucks. Hes a great offensive mind, but hes not a HC. Dont really want him as an OC either for that matter. As has been said, hes a little wierd, not to mention a raging egomaniac.

No way on Martz, he is a horrible coach, but a good offensive coordinator. His decision making when he was on the Rams was horrible. He is not someone i trust running the show.
