Mike Pouncey and Reshad Jones are missing practice for the Dolphins today -- one for injury reasons, the other for reasons unknown.
Jones was working off to the side with trainers trying to get a tweaked leg muscle issue rehabilitated. The injury report that will be released later will specify whether Jones has a calf, groin, hamstring, quad, whatever. Bottom line with him, however, is he will start against the New England Patriots on Sunday, according to a source close to the player.
Pouncey is not injured. But he was absent from practice today.

Wasn't this the week Pouncey had to report to Massachusetts for his subpoena? I thought I remember someone saying it was this week when he got served in October. Maybe not.

Great timing if it is the soebpena. It's the week the Dolphins play the Pats. Coincidence???? We have to bury these SOB's (Pats) and everything that comes with them.

Mike Pouncey is indeed up in Boston today, per a league source. He was issued a grand jury subpoena to appear in Aaron Hernandez case.

By the way, Pouncey will be starting on Sunday also.

Looks like my memory was right.

It is quite a coincidence that he has to travel when we play the pats at home....lol

Conspiracy theory aside it could have gotten pushed back due to his prior illness.

Yeah people can poo-poo it all they want- that **** aint no coincidence.

The government will not convict Hernandez. They are in trouble.

with 3 to go, resting key players or at least limiting them in practice would be pragmatic. save it for Sunday
