I think this is Adam Gase's vision. Whatever team we put on the field is on Adam. Anyone watch Hard Knocks when the Jets were on? T-Baum works with his coach to get him what he wants. Unlike Philbin and Ireland T-Baum and Rex were tied at the hip. It's fun to blame him but this is a group effort going forward. This will be a big year in Adam Gase's career. Remember, the Bills and Jets dumped lots of guys last offseason, many who would be considered there better players, and both team improved. We need to see it play out.
