MLS, who follows?

Can somebody tell me why the hell it appears to me as if there are only 12 teams in this entire "major" league? http://www.mlsnet.com/MLS/standings/

The soccer vs. football thread inspired me to go to the MLS official site, and I looked over at the standings and I only see 12 teams. Do they plan on expanding this league or anything? Also, do they plan on bringing a soccer team back to South Florida? I would've followed if they didn't dismantle the Miami Fusion.

EDIT: & I also see a Toronto expansion team coming in 2007, so make that 13.

I don't follow it, but on the teams page it says there will be an expansion team in Toronto in 2007. So I guess it'll be 13 then.

I go to a couple mls galaxy game a year but I really dont follow. The MLS is like watching NLFE. I watch RiverPlate and Boca in Argentina, some Mexican league soccer, and try to watch Euro clubs when ever they actually show them on tv. Most of the good euro matches are Pay Per View
