How exactly do you become a MOD, whats your process on determining who becomes one. Id like to know this because i have been coming here for two years now and don't plan to stop coming here for a long time. Maybe I can't live up to MOD status now but it would be nice to have something to work for on this board. I do spend at least 4 hours a day on this site.
