Tom Jackson, Cris Carter and Keyshawn ripped Incognito from pillar to post over him being racist and a bully. :up:

However the most passionate words, and impactful, came from Carter when talking about how nobody else knew. How this is also on Pouncey and Tannehill, and other leaders on the team. These guys are a unit and somehow were blind to just who Ingocnito really is. Carter then went on to slam Philbin. Saying the reason coaches are great is because their players trust them. The reason Philbin didn't know is because Martin never told him. Why didn't he tell him? It is because he didn't trust Philbin enough to confide in him. Carter talked more about how the best coaches (Parcells, Bellichick, Saban) get the most out of their players because of the trust that is there and Philbin doesn't have that.

Carter brought up some very valid points. Further states just how messed up this situation is and just how deep through our organization our problems go. :crazy:

Countdown Crew Lecture

They were on the start of SportsCenter this was somethings they were saying:

Tom Jackson:
* Incognito is a racist
* He is a bully, racist and something else I cannot remember rolled into one

Cris Carter
* Started to get teary-eyed
* How could they go after the kid?
* How does the team not know what was happening
* Where was Cam Wake? Where was Pouncey? Where was Tannehill?
* Martin did not trust Philbin because Philbin did not have the player's trust...here is the best part...he said coaches like Bill Parcells, Bill Bellichick and Nick Saban care first for their players (yes he said that). BTW, Bill Parcells brought Incognito in and didn't Saban make Manny Wright cry? Anyways.

Mike Ditka
* Said Martin should have fought Incognito

Keyshawn
* Forgot

Berman
* Talked in a low voice the entire time
* We hope that Jonathan Martin is okay and they all agreed.

Of course, they never asked why Karlos Dansby, Javorskie Lane, Mike Wallace, Cam Wake and Will Davis all said positive things about him. Nobody ever asked Jackson is it was appropriate to call a man a racist after never meeting the man. They never asked why Martin sat on his text messages for months.

This is the same crew that hired Ray Lewis to discuss football matters on Sunday. Interesting group they got .

The Dolphins name further tarnished.

I hope a win next Monday night can help make this story "yesterday's news".

I love how everybody jumps to conclusions.

Chris Carter has an opinion......so do I.

Why report on what Karlos Dansby, a guy who has never been shy about bashing the Dolphins, said about the team that CUT him? It doesn't fit the story.

The **** they are describing NFL player should do for a teammate I BETCHA Incognito did all the time.

Martin has successfully derailed a season.

I like Ditka's solution.

The other responses were predictable.

Cris Carter knows why Martin didn't tell Philbin anything? :lol:

Considering we don't have proof, actual physical proof of it either way, how the **** can Cris Carter make such a blanket statement like that?

Belichick didn't know about Aaron Hernandez did he? How the hell is that a different situation?

I'm sure if they weren't cog's target, they could of easily thought he was a swell guy. I remember back in school one of the most popular guys was well liked by many but he always targeted a few little guys and made their lives hell. If you asked certain people, they would tell u he was a great guy but he still tormented others that he felt were easy prey.

It's kind of hard to lay it on Tannehill and Pouncy as they are 1 year removed from being rookies themselves. I mean, the guys who would have probably been the veteran voices that control the locker room, especially on offensive side, were removed by Philbin (remember the leadership council). No one else really had any clout or sway to tell Incognito what to do and Martin wasn't the type to really handle the situation himself.
