Supposedly they show the the North practice at 12 PM and the South practice at 3. They showed a graphic that said this while I was fast forwarding through today's practice.

Is it me or was it just a commercial frenzy when watching today. At one point i counted two commercial breaks separated by only 6 minutes of practice time. One thing i do like are the analysts. Mayock and Chavous do well together.
