Not a good choice for him, IMO. That UNLV job swallows promising coaches. They leave looking worse than they came in. It's best for a guy at the end of his career and looking to squeeze in a few more years, like John Robinson
Nobody in Las Vegas really cares. I can't count to 5 every year the number of times I hear locals mention UNLV football. The early season weather is so ungodly the team has to practice at unusual hours. And the stadium is far from campus, which provides a convenient excuse to skip the games.
