With every loss Philbins' seat gets a little hotter. Everybody knows this including Philbin. I know Ross loves him but with all the media attention he will have no choice but to fire him. Moore gives this team a better chance to win thus Joe keeping his job. RT had his shot so lets give Moore his. At least Moore can throw the deep ball. He could be the spark we need.

The thing is there were reports this past offseason that Tannehill would be on a shorter leash this year and finheaven didn't believe it. Then there was another report after the preseason that the Dolphins coaching staff and FO were concerned about Tannehill and again finheaven disputed it. So now the the had sucked through. 3 games maybe there was some truth to those reports? A wise man once said there's some truth to every rumor.

Moore or Tannehill....the result will be the same so go ahead...

Not exactly! We probably lose 34-31 with Moore today. More fun to watch at least.

Hahaha, Philbin is not getting fired after 3 games, even if he deserves it.

I dont think so. I think the team would rally around Moore. I think he would spark our offense and give life to our defense because they arent constantly under pressure.

I find it funny that so many people think Moore is the answer

And then what? We go 9-7 or 8-8 instead of 6-10 or 7-9?

Best thing for this franchise would be another 1-15 season. Blow it up and start over.

I don't think it will make a difference. We have to ride this disaster until next year.

If we lose to the Raiders and Tannehill has another bad game, the Moore talk will be real

Philbin is coaching for his job, he will put in the best guy to give us a chance of winning. And who knows, a benching could lite a fire under Tannehill who was handed this franchise on a platter.

It's not about Moore being the answer. This team isn't winning Super Bowl 49 with Matt Moore nor does anyone feel he's the long term answer. Just maybe better than Ryan Tannehill which from what we've seen lately isn't saying much.

Start over with the best LT in the draft!

Our best chance of getting 10+ wins, and making a playoff run, is by unlocking our $60 nuclear weapon, the Mike Wallace deep go route, and opening up our offense.

As I said on another thread:

Miami Dolphins are now last in the NFL in yards per play. We are crawling down the field, like we did in the Bess & Camarillo years.

It doesn't have to be this way.

The Miami Dolphins have a $60 million nuclear weapon, that is currently hibernating and collecting dust. It's called the Mike Wallace deep go route.

Ryan Tannehill is unable to unlock this weapon. Matt Moore might be able to.

Ryan Tannehill & Mike Wallace are a poor match for each other. Ryan Tannehill is good at throwing 10-20 yd direct laser beams, but weak in arcing a deep ball into a super-fast bucket. It's a certain type of touch & timing that Tannehill doesn't have. On the other hand, Mike Wallace's strength is that he's a super-fast WR that catches the deep go route in stride. But on direct throws, he's a body catcher.

Where Tannehill is strongest, Mike Wallace is weakest. Where Mike Wallace is strongest, Tannehill is weakest. It's no surprise that they never developed any chemistry.

Ryan Tannehill & Matt Moore are both mediocre QBs. But at least Matt Moore throws a nice deep ball, and has a much better chance of unlocking our $60 million nuclear weapon, the Mike Wallace deep go route.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

It's time to drop the "Sanchise" mentality, and to forget about draft status. This team isn't going anywhere with Ryan Tannehill. Let Matt Moore play for at least 6-8 games, and see if he can develop the deep ball chemistry with Mike Wallace, and ignite this offense. We'll never know unless we try.

Lighting a fire under Tannehill won't do anything. He already admitted he needs to play better, and he still played poorly today. He's not going to magically improve his accuracy from it. If you bench Tannehill, then you are completely done with him and move on next year from him as the starter.

Tannehill is just awful. There's no way Moore can be this bad. The guy was under 50% today with like 162 yards before garbage time.

Moore is 7-3 or 7-4 in his last 10-11 games. And what exactly did Tannehill do his first camp to win the job anyway? He's not better than anyone at the moment.
