Seems like the HC should be holding players accountable for their actions.
I don't remember the last time the Dolphins truly held anyone accountable from top to bottom.
You would think, right? Seems like that would be in the wheelhouse of our head coach. Not so much in Miami...
So we have a bunch of players not putting in the work and being late.....yet the coach is retained. You will never set a good culture without holding the standards of the little things...

Adults still require some leadership. These days, more than ever.
Did Chubb mention anything about players who slam their helmets to the ground and cost their team 4 points with a 15 yard penalty, in a 1 point game that decided the division? Hypothetically speaking of course because that would never actually happen.
There's obviously some toxicity going on behind the scenes, may as well get it ALL out on the table NOW. If these players feel a certain way, don't hold back. Changes apparently need to be made

Yeah, I hope all of the dirty laundry comes out. Maybe, just maybe it will reach Ross' ears and he might reconsider his decision.
When stuff like this is made public, teams normally fire the player's type coach and go with a drill master. Bringing back the guy that is resented by the upstanding guys on the team because he lets the prima Donna's step all over him is a situation that won't get better.
