More Cut Players signed but no noise from the FINS

The Fins have been quiet with exception on extending Ricky contract. We got Alleman and Garner which are both garbage. Oneal signed with Pats, Ahsley Lelie signed with Raiders, Chad Jackson is trying out with the Raiders, Rotoworld does not mentio us as players for Willie Anderson, Jags signed Will James, Giants sign McDougle, 49ers got Ahmad Brooks, Rams got Ricky Manning Jr

I mean cmon Lelie and Jackson could have improved a shoddy WR unit
Manning , James, Oneal are better than our #2 guy
Willie Anderson is better than Murphy or what other trash we put it on the right side.
McDougle and Brooks are good players.

The only hope we have left is Eugene Wilson who was a good Cb with the Pats their roster was just too deep with Samuels and co.
And the Broncos informed Dominique Foxworth to not report cause he is gettin traded. He is good player and would def start if we trade for him
 
Lelie Sucks. Jackson never could stay on the field. Asante Samuals isn't on the Pats roster, hes an eagle. So the fact that they still cut Wilson says a lot about his quality.

I said before all the cuts that i wasn't expecting many pickups and im not surprised to see i was right. Theres no point in signing guys to play for this team that haven't been here the last few weeks.
 
Yawn. 10 teams tried to claim Alleman. One or two is interested in Willie Anderson.

Who sucks?
 
Aside from Manning and maybe Chad Jackson all the other guys are done. McDougle with the amount of talent we have along the d-line was not needed. Oneal is watched up. Lelie sucks, Will James has not done anything since his Giant days.

Alot of teams wont sign players because they dont want to guarantee players their salaries.

I can't imagine the current FO signing garbage. They may not be superstars, but I seriously doubt they're garbage.
 
O'Neal, Anderson, James... Lelie?

Come on. Those guys would have been awesome pick-ups in about 2003, but unfortunately it's 2008.
 
Let other teams overpay for players whose best days are long behind them. We are building with youth and with guys who have upside. Don't you think Parcells and Ireland scouted these players and know about what their abilities are. They didn't just pull names out of a hat!!!!
 
Yeah signing OT Nate Garner, the 7th round pick of the Jets hardly counts as a big Saturday as I had hoped!
 
Couple of young LB's were released/waived. J Lehman, Abdul Hodge. Ahmad Brooks would have been a good pick up too.

funny considering you know absolutely nothing about Alleman and Garner so of course since their not a name in your head, you immediately attack them saying their garbage?

lelie and o'neal dont even deserve an NFL roster spot at this point, and we're mad for not picking these bums up?

Most teams will be deligent and not sign players unless they're so short at a certain position. If they play Week #1 they're contract is guaranteed the whole season.

I'm surprised you're not leading the campaign to resign Harrington and snatch up John Lynch too by the sounds of it.

Like the saying goes: "one man's treasure is another man's trash" and to that end I guess you and the Tuna are at opposite poles, eh? (I'm more with BP on this one; recycling might be good for the environment but not for rebuilding teams!)

Money not spent is money saved...the Tuna and Ireland would have signed the cut players if they liked something about their game....its all good. We will make the moves necessary when they are necessary.

Not only wasn't Samuel on the Pats roster, neither was Wilson. He went to the Bucs as a free agent this past off season. They cut him. The Pats could have resigned him but signed O'Neal instead. BTW, when Wilson was with the Pats he played safety.
If our only hope left is Wilson, does that mean we go 0-16 if we don't sign him?
