Mort says this investigation is not just about incognito but yet it is also about the workplace atmosphere within the organization. Mort says members within the dolphins organization like administrative people and stuff who wanna remain confidential are starting to come forward and complain about the workplace ireland created. From what i hear he was an a**hole.

I thought everyone already knew he was an *******....

I am betting he was an a hole, so have you agreed with all your bosses? What better way to start fresh than to throw a lil fuel... At this point i don't care if Ireland goes he wasn't good in the first place. However RI is paying a hefty price for his personality defects

If you want Ireland gone because of what he has put on the field and all thats fine, but that he is not liked? Saban is not liked by all accounts either. Thats ok though we know why thats ok right?

He's bad at his job AND he's an *******. Get him out of there.

I wonder if he'll last the year?
Thats a good question, I have never really seen a situation like this in the NFL. If Ross makes the decision that Ireland and Philbin are gone because of this, when is the appropriate time to pull the trigger? Once the "investigation" ends there probably will be 4 games to go. Do you let them finish out the season or act immediately? What if this team makes the playoffs?

What comes around goes arund employees who throw their superiors over the ledge often cut out of the new chiefs plans - seen it over and over again - just saying that I don't like Ireland I would if I were them just keep my mouth shut and watch the momentum created take Jeff away

My gut says they finish the year unless it just becomes absolutely terrible. If the HC and GM fall then the whole staff is gone so a intern HC makes no sense.

When a doctor confirms that you have cancer you do what you have to do to get rid of it ASAP

Clean house means just that. Everyone will be gone including those that want to remain confidential.
