Looking at last year's squad, and this year's, is there more leadership on the field now? I am talking more about vocal leadership...

Leaders 2010:

Offense:
Jake Long

Defense:
Channing Crowder
Yeremiah Bell
Karlos Dansby

Leaders 2011:

Offense:
Jake Long
Reggie Bush

Defense:
Karlos Dansby
Jason Taylor
Yeremiah Bell
Cameron Wake
Kevin Burnett

Obviously, the most glaring is the lack of leadership at QB. In 2010, Henne was very green and didn't instill confidence in anyone. It seems like he took more of a leadership role this offseason, so maybe he will show up as a leader in 2011. However, I think the addition of Reggie Bush really helps in this area. He is a fiery guy who motivates people. Just look at his pregame warmups in New Orleans. He also has a ring, so he knows how to get it done. Ronnie and Ricky were more the shy and quiet type.

I think this squad has much more vocal leadership on the field which should help them get a few more wins imo.

I think I would put Henne as one of those offensive leaders.

Yes, he hasn't been playing well in the first few days of practice, but if I'm correct he organized most of the player workouts during the offseason. Just a thought.

Agreed, his play is struggling but numerous players have mentioned how he became a leader during the lockout. It appears the locker room's view on him has greatly improved since the end of last year.
