"Knowshon's a talented guy. He's been around. He knows the NFL. He knows the grind of the season," Tannehill said. "And he's a hard runner. His M.O. is he's going to run hard, run between the tackles. But he also has great hands. Just throwing with him over the past couple of months, it's been exciting to see his hands coming out of the backfield, how smooth he catches the ball."

Cool article to check out. I think we're gonna be very pleased with Moreno.

If our final RB roster was Moreno, Miller and Williams I wouldn't be a bit surprised.

Catching the ball or rather lack of being able to catch the ball has KILLED Lamar Miller! While we're on the subject: How is it possible for someone at a skill position, in the NFL, not be able to catch the ball consistently? How is that possible?

Take it for what its worth but Miller had almost identical receiving numbers as Adrian Peterson. 26 catches and was targeted 35 times. 170 yards for a 6.5 avg.

While Peterson was - 29 catches at 39 targets for 171 yards at an avg. of 5.9

I want some more of this opening day :brewskis:

There is a subtlety to his running...good vision, hits the hols and manages to avoid direct hits...nothing flashy, just good consistent running...

He was running behind Denver's very good O line but over 200 yards on the Pats D is impressive regardless.
Lots of yards after the first contact which is something our backs did not do last year.

Man he looks Good..

I have no problem with the signing, but lets not forget the line he was running behind. The majority of those runs were through truck sized holes. I like his consistency and blocking but he's not going to be running for 1000 yds here or anything.
If our line produces like that Miller will be killing it. Mark it down.

people forget that he is excellent in pass-protection. continue to underestimate that value, then learn the game

Miller had probably like 3-4 drops, and its ridiculous to act like a RB who should get the ball 20 times a game was "killed' by the loss of one potential touch every now and then. A drop every 4 games kills a WR who gets a chance to make 5-10 plays a game on his best day, it's a footnote for a guy who should have had an opportunity to affect the game running the ball but whose usage was laughable and got his OC fired (amongst other causes).

I'm just excited to hear a name that sounds like Marino for a Dolphins player :)

If our O-line (and that's a big if) can provide adequate blocking he will have over 1,000 rushing yard providing he can stay healthy. I believe that Razor will try to run the ball.
