He'll be missed on special teams especially in my opinion. That said, 5 million guarenteed over the 1st two years in far too much to pay for a guy who is esentially our 3rd string running back (when Ricky is back).

This really stamps Travis Minor's ticket for next year though.

Let me one up you guys and say that it stamped both of their tickets. I am very happy going into the season with Ronnie, Ricky and Travis as our running backs. That is a solid group of runners. Now if we can just get the left side of our line to block, we are going to be scary on the ground.
 
With Welker gone we need Bryan Leonard more than ever.

We need a pair of sure hands on 3rd down. Not only is Leonard the best receiving prospect at RB in the draft, once he catches it he IS going for the chains and I pity whoever gets in his way.

I like Travis too but his time as a Dolphin is over.

I would trade Booker and our 4th in a heartbeat to get another early 2nd round pick and insure Leonard's availability.

Unless we sign Stallworth, trading Booker probably isn't going to be a good idea. Like you said, getting Leonard will require an early 2nd round pick (most likely) and I like the idea of get Ryan Kalil with our 2nd round pick. I don't think we end up with Leonard, although it would be a pretty nice add.

This actually could be the guy we draft cus he is a FB type that Cam covets. Not bad IMO and I just bet Leanard would love special teams.:D Nice pick Elliot even though I disagree with alot of what you say.
