why isnt morris playing fb , he can play both but i think that he is much better than evans and also ronie and ricky are going to play together on the field so why do they dont play together because ronnie neds to acoustumed and also that can help linehan to see what he is going to do with r and r on the field

Better than Evans running, not blocking. Fins need a blocking FB. Morris weighs about 215-220 and he wouldn't be able to take all the pounding.

whatever happened to Dyer I liked him....how come we only really have one fb??

Kyle Eckel was supposed to be our 2nd string. However, since he graduated from the Naval Academy, he has his obligations. He has a one year tour overseas now.

exactly what I was thinking while reading almost all of that. Please work on your typing...;)

Anyway, My relply to the post is simply Morris is no Ricky and does not in any way draw the same respect from defenses so the entire reason for putting r and r together simply wouldn't work with out one of the r's.

Plus, why give our game plan away before we have to. As a coach, the less you can show your apponant and win the better off you are in the long run.

r and r will make us very very versatile, one of the most versatile in the league however don't expect fireworks from it till we need'em.

It will also be not like they will be in together on every play, it will be probably on 1st downs, maybe snd and five or less and 3rd and very short, running type situations. Not saying they will always run out of that situation more than likely they will pass more.

I liked Deon too. He would have been great lead blocking for Ronnie. Last I heard he was playing in Tampa. I am not sure if he is still there or not.
