The most important offensive FA pick up should be J.Brown C (Balt), adding this guy would allow us to let Carey's contract go and really define our draft alot easier. We would definitely go OLB (Sintim, Selvie) in the first round and then take the best available RT with our 2a pick (Phil Loadholt), then we could pick H.Johnson OG next to help ensure the interior of our line is as good as we need it to be. This would also then allow the rest of the draft to go defensive for positions that need depth and guys could be learning from the vets like Ferguson (R.Brace, T.Taylor), mid round CB's would eventually replace Goodman and Allen.

We could go alot of different ways with the Defensive FA pick ups OLB,ILB,FS but I feel that if Brown is let go to FA he needs to be the first Offensive signing. Otherwise there will be still a chance that C could be our first round pick or 2a. We could get as good of a RT with that 2a pick at a tiny portion of the cost to keep Carey which allows us to spend more money on quality FA's to keep us headed in the right direction.

Ideally I'd love to get J.Brown C, O.Atogwe FS and B.Scott ILB.

Draft -

1st C.Sintim OLB

2nd P.Loadholt RT

2nd H.Johnson OG

3rd R.Brace NT

4th J.Brinkley ILB

5th and 7th traded to ST Lou for T.Holt WR

I can dream can't I !!

If Brown can't be had I would then have to go

1st A.Mack C

2nd L.English OLB

2nd A.Boone RT

3rd R.Brace NT

4th J.Brinkley ILB

Loving the FA signings and Draft picks! i would love 1st C.Sintim OLB and i think the guy Sleive is staying not going to draft, and also if we cant get C.Brown via FA i also like A.Mack from Cal. but other then those FA i would like to see parcells pick up C.Canty a HUGE DE from Dallas this is almost a forsure if this guy hits the market, i almost sure Parcells drafted him and he can come in and compete ASAP! And if we can get T.Holt for that cheap ill be all in! we need a vet to show T.Ginn how to play, and make his testies drop!! :shakeno:

if we could get those three free agents i would be stoked.

How good is this sintim guy?

You're wasting your time.. I posted a link last week from a Baltimore source that the Ravens are very close to signing Jason Brown to an extention.. Brown loves it there. So forget about him.

Also, Loadholt is extremely overrated. He is fat and slow.- you might as well keep Carey. Carey is a better O-lineman than Loadholt will ever be in the NFL.

Basically, your prognosis leaves a lot to be desired for the Dolphins offseason.

You don't have to like the players but the concept is there. VC will command anywhere from 6-8mil a year where our 2a would get under a mil per year. Loadholt is a overrated LT but has the tools to play RT, time will tell.

When Brown actually signs a contract then I'll look somewhere else but until then there's still a chance. I did afterall write a second scenario if Brown signs if you noticed.

My prognosis is to fix the interior of the line, get a proven ILB and get a proven FS in FA that will be expensive but not killing the cap. Then also using the draft to get one of the better pass rushers and LB depth.

Jordan Gross would be the most important pickup by far. Keep Al Johnson at Center, and draft Mack either with our 1st or with the Washington 2nd rounder.

I agree J.Gross would be an awesome pickup but he's gonna coomand top dollar to play RT for us. I highly doubt he'll take anything less than J.Long and that seems to be an unbelieveable amount of money for two Olineman. Again I'd love it but drafting a solid RT would save us a tonne of money that could be used on defense.

If we did get him and still drafted A.Mack our Oline would/should be the best in the NFL.

No way that BAL doesn't re-sign Jason Brown. If so, it's a no brainer, but no way. He's young, why would they not re-sign him?

I believe that Brown, Suggs, and Lewis are going to be their top 3 priorities this offseason. If they let anyone go, it's Bart Scott...but definitely not letting Brown go. He's probably the first one re-signed. even before Lewis.

still think our most important offensive pickup will be a wr to stretch the field. I think our line has some good pieces to develop and spending big money is not the answer, add another solid draft pick and we will be fine.
