When dallas gets their new stadium its been rumored that they could be the most valuable sports franchise. The new stadium will be a 100,000 seat retractable roof.

Right now the most expensive club is the Manchester United, followed by the NY Yankees.

I belive Houston is the 4th biggest city in the USA. Also people wanted a new team when the Oilers left. So they all ran out and bought merchandise, and season tickets. IMHO
