Move Pouncey To Guard?

Thats stupid. There are 4 problems on the line and center is not one of them.
 
Who plays Center than? I like Hayden's idea, although I admit I'm shooting darts in the dark because I don't know how bad either player is, forget upside for now and try Linkenbach and McClendon at the guard spots. They at least have starting experience and I'm pretty sure Linkenbach was a starter on a Colts playoff team. Thomas sucks and Douglas is a rookie.

I think it's pathetic that this is still an issue with this team. If I were the GM this board would have been bitching all offseason about how I overspent on O-line but I absolutely would have. How can you let the same problem keep biting you in the ass year after year? It's unbelievable especially reading Barry Jackson's stuff today where he says the Dolphins expected potential O-line issues. We've had o-line issue for 4 ****in years, you don't fix it and expect issues. Unbelievable! If Jason Fox is the LT next week go apple picking or something.
 
So you want create 5 problems by putting Pouncey at guard -- which he stunk at -- and then create a hole at center? Who do you have to replace Pouncey at center that can play at or near his level?
 
I don't think I'm for that either but something has to change. The OL is not providing enough protection. Or opening enough holes.
 
He sucks at guard. Not big enough plus that creates another hole at center

He is the ONLY one on the line playing decent. I am not sold that he couldn't play guard as I think last year he was never back to his 100%. He didn't have burst or strength in his knee, this year he looks much different. I wouldn't move him though.

I see very similar issue with Albert that I saw in Pouncey last year...and it's understandable.
 
Huh? Is that article from this year? How can anyone in their right mind suggest that after what we saw from Pouncey at G last year? There are some dumb**** ideas floating around out there...
