The team made some moves in attempt to build some depth today. We shall see how the moves pan out.

However, I feel the Fins need to make a few more moves because of depth issues.

RB- I think they are fine for week one. However, another back might be necs.

OL- Are you comfortable with Cook, Garner, Feinga?

LB- Back up MLB to Burnett and Dansby is weak.

CB- WAY TOO THIN. WAY TOO THIN. This area lacks depth and could be the team's undoing (and Columbo at RT)

QB, WR, TE, DL, S are fine IMO.

CB doesn't lack depth it lacks experience. Vontae, Smith and Sapp have experience...Nolan and Wilson have almost none and that's a problem. If Smith struggles this year like, last year when we put Jason Allen in for him, we really have no one to turn to because Sapp is not a boundary corner. Nolan and Wilson are very raw (although I'd put Wilson out there before Nolan or Sapp).

CB thin??? that's one of the strongest unit on the team.

Yep, completely agree.

For the first time in FOR-EV-ER, I actually feel pretty comfortable with about every position on the defensive side of the ball. Throw in our DC stinking guru and I feel 100% comfortable with the Defense.

The offense, and especially the line....not so much so

I'd like to see another RB with " Bush like " abilities just in case.

If we're building the offense around him what if ...... you know , knock on wood.

I don't see Lex or DT streching the Defense and we're back where we started.

3 yards and a cloud of dust.

SO, who starts if Davis or Smith get hurt? Sapp? Really?
Sapp is ok at nickel not a starter.
However, I do not about you, but I saw Carroll getting beaten A LOT during the preseason. Jimmy Williams is not ready to play...much a developmental guy.

Back off thinking I want a "Pro Bowler" at every position. All I am asking is having someone like ummmm, Will Allen.

I am not sure where you are getting your confidence boys. We will revisit Monday.

A.J. Edds would be a good backup-I understand he is available on the waiver wire.

Still wish they had dumped Spitler and Carroll instead of Eds and Allen...I just don't get it.

Can't believe Cook was really the best line depth out there either.

I expect them to move a DE, and in the early portions of the season cut mastrud, after the two new guys learn the playbook

I doubt Cook was the best but I have no doubt that he was the cheapest.

hell im not comfortable with any lineman outside of Long.
Rb is a huge concern and i dont agree that TE is ok. Fasano is average on his best days and Rosario got beat out by some not so great Te's in Denver
