I loved Tony Nathan. The one negative thing about him if you go back and watch him play, was a lack of a sudden burst. He didn't have that pop that a lot of running backs have when they turn it up and hit the hole. He was smooth and had good vision, and if he just had that little extra umph/pop he could have been a superstar. But I remember him average almost 5 yards a carry through several seasons, and he was always reliable and efficient. A perfect complementary back.
