-Jeff Ireland has had plenty of time to put a winning roster on the field. I personally like Jeff Ireland even though he makes many mistakes, but the simple fact is.......is that he cannot put a group of quality and healthy players on the field. He's brought us some great talent.....but made too many whiffs. Wish him the best and FIRE HIM.
-Joe Philbin has too many red flags against him. He is too loyal to inept coordinators, he claps when other teams score on him, he has no emotion and is a terrible motivator, he & Jeff tossed some good talent off this team (Bush, Bess, Dansby) and he uses cue cards during post game speeches. Who does that? How is it that you are a football coach and you cannot think of what to say without note cards? I liked him at first and in a perfect situation he should've had three years....but the dolphins are far from a perfect situation. FIRE HIM.
-Mike Sherman. Do I need to say anything? He is a terrible offensive coordinator. I'm sure he understands football but he calls terrible plays. Shotgun HB draws on 3rd and 7 and a 'Go' or 'Go, Go' signal calling that is a joke to everyone in the NFL is enough. He will not move this team to the next level. FIRE HIM
-Kevin Coyle. He has a load of good players and our defense gets shredded every game. He incorporated Dion Jordan into 10 plays a game....that is idiotic. Let the kid start and contribute. He's done some good things but overall the defense is bi-polar. It could be like Seattles D with the talent we have.
All the other staff.....I don't care. But keep Dan Campbell. He's done wonders with our Tight Ends.
If you don't make any changes you will lose fans left and right. You already have enough trouble filling the seats. I'm a huge fan....but since the Dolphins are consistently pathetic and have no heart.....I will continue to keep my money in my wallet. When I feel that the Phins are moving in the right direction, instead of being witless idiots, I will buy jerseys and tickets etc.
Please Mr. Ross stop the mediocrity and give us fans a team we can root for.
