If you choose to still do nothing with Jeff Ireland and the coaching staff you haven't learned a thing since becoming the owner of the Miami Dolphins. Do you realize that you are being played by Jeff Ireland and the coaching staff ,for what you paid out this year I commend you and believe that you do want a winner in Miami. What does it take to make the light bulb go off in your head, Ireland and the coaches should be held accountable and also your scouts. Time to clean house and once again start over hopefully, if you can get it right this time the fans of the MIAMI DOLPHINS will back you if not your pissing into the wind and the stadium will be emptier than this season was. He also doesn't realize that Ross is a hands off owner who is willing to do whatever it takes to get a winning team. She'll out $100 million bucks in free agency, seek out a coach he thinks will be a great coach. His problem is that he's not used to having media coverage with every decision he makes. He's fine as an owner, he inherited Parcells and his trio. He believed in Philbin and was impressed by him and the Green abay way he could bring with him.
The truth is its just another failure, this organization has been failing since the early nineties! The last time this team had a chance to really win and win in the post season was in 1993 and 1994. We had great defense with JJ but offense was stripped from us because of JJs ego! The 21st century has been failure after failure. We have gone after successful college coach, great offensive coordinator, legendary fat guy who let an inexperienced field goal lover coach us to another coordinator.
We have lacked a true and experienced coach who can handle adversity since Shula. JJ had a couple years, but even his teams were just 9-7 teams that got destroyed in the playoffs!
This doesn't all fall on Steve Ross, this has been failure after failure. I do believe his committee thing is a great idea. Why not have extremely reputable football people come together and help you and your team. 3 Dolphin legends and 2 other hall of famers to seek out how to change the failure this franchise had succumbed too.
Ross is trying. This year sucked because we all believed we would be better and well coached, well we have continued to fail and we spiral further downward. This staff is bad and will be removed at seasons end. Playoffs will yet again be played without the Dolphins. I'd be surprised if we win 7 games this year with how the season has played out with the remaining schedule.
