I am not sure of his picks but I know he is a very very good talent evaluator and has had very successful drafts. Teamed with Sabans knowledge of the college players we will see many late round gems end up in Miami. Trust me.:D

Yeah traded Rick Mirer for the 11th overall pick .

EDIT: and if I remember correctly he did some trading with that 11th overall pick and got something like teh 3rd and 6th overall pick. Then drafted Shawn Springs and Walter Jones.

This is truely a question. Did he quit the Saints? Because I got worried when our GM was working for ESPN before he came here. That isn't normally a good sign.

The Saints are such a wreck that I think everything their players do will be a wash.

The franchise tender for a center can't be that much. Even if Bentley was having an off year he'd get the tag anyway. The times I was paying attention to him last week he did alright...he DESTROYED Channing Crowder on one play.
