i am from buffalo but been a dolphins fan scince i was born. i just wanted to say though that i cant stand mularkey. yes even though we had an open reciever in the endzone you cant expect a running back to throw the ball to him at make it accurate. plus dante was on fire the last few drives. i use to make fun of all of the buffalo fans when mularkey made a bad call, and trust me there were many of them last year and this wont be his last one this year.

Really??? Which Blocks did he miss on the 4.5 sacks??? Which Passes did he drop?? Which D-linemen did he miss that got into the backfileld and hit Ronnine as soon as he touched the ball?? I didn't see MM standing behind center so he wasn't the one holding onto he ball to long. Ididn't see MM in the secondary in the endzone when David Carr threw the TD pass, I didn't see MM onb the field when David Carr bootleged for the other TD.

Gosh, the more I type, the more obvious that it's the lack of effort on the players part that's to blame for the loses, not Mike Mularkey.

and his cordinating is horrible i mean come on he gave us a hb pass on the 2 yard line

Yeah he isn't behind the center that dosn't mean he dosn't get any blame he makes the calls when our horrible line alawys 4.5 sacks, and where are getting to the point when our WRs drop passes we didn't.

i think the dolphins should hire me as their O coorardinator jk jk jk btu i do believe some is mikes fault but our o-line is terrible

Yea, because a great OL and a great QB with a stud RB need great play calls in order to win. I mean his play calls make our pro bowl OL look like, well, our OL. Mularkey stinks!

How many Mularkey stinks threads do we honestly need? We can't vent in one of the existing vent threads?

I guess the players are free from responsibility huh??? Mybe, just maybe, the play wasn't executed properly. I would guess that was the reason the play failed. We had never run that play before, the Texans had no idea we were gonna run that play, so if it's done correctly, guess who should have the advantage??? My guess also, is someone wasn't where they should have been, all alone on the side of the field Ronnie turned around and ran to!
We are calling most of the same O we called last year...so why isn't it working??? Because MM is calling the plays instead of Scott Linehan???? No because the players aren't where they should be and aren't doing what they should be doing. Most of our problems are because of lack of effort. How many 2nd and longs did we have yesterday??? A ton!!!!! That's not MM fault, that's the players. Just like most of the problems so far this year.

what a bunch of mularkee with a last name like that i bet his ancestors were idiots to hmm murlakee doesnt even sound polish

Be realistic we can't get a new offensive line this year. That's replacing 5 guys but if Nicky cuts Mularkey & Houck loose after we're 1-7. It sends the right message to the players: if you don't improve you'll be gone after the season. If he does nothing but defend everyone and we finish 3-13 then he needs to go. See of Charlie Weis has a buyout.

You really need to get a better grasp of the game. The Coaches call the plays, but it's up to the players to make them happen. It doesn't matter if it's a curl route, a delay, a quick pass to the flat or a double reverse. If the coach calls the play and the players don't execute better then the guy's that line up across from them, then it doesn't matter who the OC is, the plays will fail. MM isn't magic and neither is any other OC in the league, most every play you see every Sunday is run by just about every team in the league, there isn't anything special in the play calls it's the execution that makes the difference between a good team and a bad team. We are not executing very well therefore we're not a good team, it's that simple.

Feelthepain, It seems you are partial to Mularkey. Answer this , is he better than Linehan? I know we dont have him anymore, but I would guess alot of Phinfans think Mularkey is not calling the type of plays we need. We have a deep throwing QB. How many deep balls have we seen this year? Also, why isnt Randy Mac in the mix more often? He caught more balls sunday than in the previous 3 games. Randy is a great receiver, he needs to be used more.Throw long at least sometimes. This isnt to say players arent at fault, but Mularkey is not free of some blame.
